I documented a five-day snowshoe hut tour across the Dachsteiner Plateau, an experience that perfectly combined photography adventures with the magic of winter. This project delivered images not only for the SNP and Yomads websites, but also for five outdoor influencers (or content creators, as I prefer to call them) who joined us on the trail. Each day, after reaching the next hut, I selected and edited photos right away, ensuring the influencers could share real-time updates of our journey with their followers. This approach added a unique and dynamic rhythm to the week, blending creation and productivity into one.
The Dachsteiner Plateau offers an ideal setting for hiking in winter, with routes that challenge and inspire. It’s a region known not only for spectacular hiking areas but also for unforgettable wintersports. Capturing snowshoe hiking in this diverse landscapes with a great team made the project very rewarding.
